Testimonials
Allison’s knowledge of all things Peer Support is unparalleled, and yet she is dedicated to on-going learning. Allison commits fully to every project she takes on; engages in meaningful collaboration with each partnering organization; and is as invested in their success as they are. I was lucky to have had the opportunity to work with Allison during our time together at Stella’s Place.
— John Choi - Executive Director, Sheena’s Place

Allison Dunning has been on the forefront of the peer-clinical integration movement for many years and brings her own invaluable lived experience, professional expertise and background in program development into the work she does. I have worked with Allison on many projects and she is an incredibly talented program designer who has successfully integrated peer programs into clinical and medical settings.

The majority of the work that we do is located on the lands of the Haudenosaunee, the Anishinaabe, and the treaty territory of the Mississaugas of the Credit. As settler persons who are privileged to live and work on occupied land, and out of respect for the rights of Indigenous peoples, we recognize the colonial histories and the impacts that these histories have on present day. We continue to reflect on our own personal relationship with the land around us, and recognize the privilege that we hold in being able to engage with our surroundings. We support Indigenous sovereignty and we are personally and professionally committed to ongoing decolonization.
